With Spring Training right around the corner, players and teams get ready to pick up the ball and shake the rust off after the winter. Baseball fans look forward to seeing the shift from the boardrooms back onto the field as they wonder how their team will shake out and who will win the final roster spots and even get to see a glimpse of what the future might hold as the entire organization will all be in one city.
Of the 30 Major League Teams, 15 will head to Florida to play in the Grapefruit League while the other 15 will make the trek to Arizona and play in the Cactus League.
For more spring training info, I suggest you head over to ESPN or MLB.com as they have a plethora of extremely useful information such as schedules, stadium info, ticket info, plus hotel and travel info for anyone that is either heading south to catch some sun or fans wanting to follow the progress of their favorite teams and players. Although I have never made the trip personally, I've heard nothing but great things as their is something to enjoy for fans of all ages.
