Farm System Ranking: #18 Chicago White Sox

3.     Alexei Ramirez, SS: The 29 year old has spent four seasons in the majors with the White Sox. His career batting average is .278 with 68 HR and 276 RBI. Won the 2010 American League Silver Slugger Award at shortstop. Signed by the White Sox as an amateur free agent out of Cuba in January 2008.
4.      Brent Morel, 3B: The 24 year old has spent two seasons in the majors with the White Sox. His career batting average is .251 with 8 HR and 37 RBI. Drafted by the White Sox in the 3rd round of the 2008 amateur draft.
5.      Sergio Santos, RHP: The 28 year old has spent two seasons in the majors with the White Sox. His career record is 6-6 with a 3.05 ERA and 30 saves. The former shortstop was converted to a pitcher by the White Sox in April 2009. Signed by the White Sox as a minor league free agent in January 2009.

1.    Kris Honel, RHP: The 28 year old spent nine seasons in the minors where he compiled a record of 45-36 with a 3.90 ERA. He currently is pitching in Independent ball for Maui (North American). Drafted by the White Sox in the 1st round (16th overall) of the 2001 amateur draft.
2.    Lance Broadway, RHP: The 28 year old pitched in 27 games over parts of three seasons as a member of the White Sox and Mets. His career record was 2-2 with a 5.24 ERA. He last pitched in 2010 with Triple-A Las Vegas (Pacific Coast) in the Blue Jays organization. He was traded by the White Sox to the Mets in exchange for Ramon Castro (C) in May 2009. Drafted by the White Sox in the 1st round (15th overall) of the 2005 amateur draft.
3.    Jason Stumm, RHP: The 30 year old spent seven seasons in the minors where he compiled a record of 7-16 with a 4.09 ERA.  Had a series of arm and shoulder problems that required four surgeries. Drafted by the White Sox in the 1st round (15th overall) of the 1999 amateur draft.
4.    Brian West, RHP: The 31 year old spent six seasons in the minors where he compiled a record of 31-47 with a 4.61 ERA. He last pitched in 2006 at Double-A Birmingham (Eastern). Drafted by the White Sox in the supplemental 1st round (35th overall) of the 1999 amateur draft.
5.    Wyatt Allen, RHP: The 31 year old spent six seasons in the minors where he compiled a record of 19-29 with a 4.33 ERA. Last pitched in 2006 with Hi-A Kinston (Carolina) in the Indians organization. Drafted by the White Sox in the supplemental 1st round (39th overall) of the 2001 amateur draft.

His career record is 39-31 with a 3.82 ERA and 58 saves. Traded by the White Sox to the Expos along with Gary Majewski (RHP) in exchange for Carl Everett (OF) in July 2004. Drafted by the White Sox in the 3rd round of the 1999 amateur draft.
2.    Chris Young, OF, Arizona Diamondbacks: The 28 year old has spent six seasons in the majors as a member of the Diamondbacks. His career batting average is .239 with 118 HR and 362 RBI. A member of the 2010 National League All-Star team. Traded by the White Sox to the Diamondbacks along with Orlando Hernandez (RHP) and Luis Vizcaino (RHP) in exchange for Javier Vasquez (RHP) in December 2005. Drafted by the White Sox in the 16th round of the 2001 amateur draft.
3.    Gio Gonzalez, LHP, Oakland Athletics: The 25 year has spent four seasons in the majors with the Athletics. A member of the 2011 American League All-Star team.       His career record is 34-32 with a 4.09 ERA. Traded by the White Sox to the Athletics along with Fautino De Los Santos (RHP) and Ryan Sweeney (OF) in exchange for Nick Swisher (OF) in January 2008. Drafted by the White Sox in the supplemental 1st round (38th overall) of the 2004 amateur draft.
4.    Ryan Sweeney, OF, Oakland Athletics: The 26 year old has spent six seasons in the majors as a member of the White Sox and Athletics. His career batting average is .284 with 14 HR and 169 RBI. Traded by the White Sox to the Athletics in the Nick Swisher deal in January 2008. Drafted by the White Sox in the 2nd round of the 2003 amateur draft.
5.    Daniel Hudson, RHP, Arizona Diamondbacks: The 24 year old has spent three seasons in the majors as a member of the White Sox and Diamondbacks. His career record is 25-12 with a 3.12 ERA. Traded by the White Sox to the Diamondbacks along with David Holmberg (LHP) in exchange for Edwin Jackson (RHP) in July 2010. Drafted by the White Sox in the 5th round of the 2008 amateur draft.
